My skin sets the direction
I have oily combination skin that can also become dehydrated. My morning routine focuses on comfortable hydration, calm skin and layers that work well under makeup.
Step one: a gentle morning cleanse
I start with Jumiso D-Panthenol Barrier Soothing Cleansing Milk. Its creamy, milky texture feels gentle and calming, which makes it a comfortable way to wash my face in the morning.
Step two: flexible daytime layers
I use the Medicube Zero Pore Pad as my toner step, then choose a serum or essence according to how my skin feels that morning. I use a serum daily, while the other lightweight layers rotate in and out of the routine.
Most of these formulas are fluid, so I usually pat them into my skin and give each layer a moment to settle. Rejuran and Dr. Reju-All feel more gel-like. Rejuran is a little stickier and still wears well under my makeup.
Step three: barrier-supporting moisture
Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream is the face cream I use daily. It gives my dehydration-prone skin the moisture and barrier support I’m looking for while fitting comfortably into my daytime routine.
Step four: sunscreen every day
I finish with Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50+ PA++++. The formula leaves no white cast on my skin and works beautifully with my makeup, so it’s easy for me to wear every day.
The routine stays flexible
The cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen give my mornings a dependable structure. The toner, essence and serum steps let me respond to how my skin feels that day while keeping the overall routine simple.
